A Discovery of Witches: Ch 43

I’m so fucking bored that I don’t even care that this book’s pacing makes no sense.  I’m just so happy it’s over.

The last chapter isn’t even anything.  It’s Sarah and Em coming home from their Halloween party to realize the house is empty.  Sarah finds a note that Matthew left before they went time-walking, stuck in a book that has a poem about Diana, written way back when, which seems to indicate that they made it safely back to 1590 and changed history at little bit.  And…yup, that’s it.  I don’t care.  I really, really don’t care.  I’ll never care about this book again.  In fact, this book is joining 50 Shades of Grey on my “no, you can never convince me to review the sequels, I am DONE” shelf.

Because I am DONE with this book, this series, and this author.

Good riddance.
