Guys, I’m not gonna lie. The rest of this book? Pretty fucking pointless. They fight and the book doesn’t understand how fire or literally anything works. They escape, because that’s what happens when you decide to ‘execute’ people by giving them weapons and letting them fight back. Farley is alive, and Kilorn, because if they died then the book might have to come up with some new rebels and we all know how much it hates doing that. Turns out her dead brother is actually her live brother, and he’s there too. His X-men power is teleportation, which is how he escaped when people tried to murder him. There’s one more stab at pretending like Mare and Cal won’t have a romance, and then everyone rides the magical subway train off into the sunset.
The End.
